Unlike other previous tour experience (all decent) Phillip took the extra effort of asking everyone's background and was able to connect with Hamburg. His statement "only 20,000 Hamburg residents can truly say their grandparents were born in Hamburg" shows how diverse the city and her residents are. “Our tour guide and driver did a wonderful job of making sure we saw everything we wanted to. Our only complaint is that we booked a "private " tour but apparently Viator double booked our tour and we had to share with another couple. Therefore 2 of us had to face backwards.”

“Covers a lot of ground, including a visit (on foot) to the Elbphilharmonia building and a traverse of the Elbe in the tunnel under the river. From the Reeperbahn to the city center, all effortlessly by Segway, over 3 hours. It’s a great way to see the city. Leader Kelvin was excellent.”
